the room i booked faced a very busy street. this meant street noise persisted late into the night and started again early in the morning. soundproofing in the room was not adequate. i found sleep difficult. also, the in-room safe malfunctioned . i reported it to the front desk, but it remained unresolved for two days. this caused some worry. i eventually had to carry important documents with me.

the location proved ideal (just steps from major attractions). the room was clean and well-kept. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. the staff prearranged our transportation to and from the train station, very convenient.

the pillows were somewhat flat for my preference.

The breakfast was acceptable, offering enough variety to start the day.

My room's air conditioning emitted a constant loud noise throughout the night.. I alerted reception, but the problem remained unresolved . Street noise was also noticeable from 4:30 AM, which significantly impacted my ability to sleep well. The room felt cold and lacked soundproofing.
